Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 ensures that public organisations make information that they develop and hold accessible to the public.

We publish information about our organisation under the classes of information outlined in this Publication Scheme, which is based on the model scheme approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office and will be valid until further notice.

This commits us to making information available to the public as part of our normal business activities. The information covered is classed in seven categories listed below.

  1. What we do and how we are organised
  2. What we spend and how
  3. Our priorities and how well we're doing
  4. How we make decisions
  5. Policies and Procedures
  6. List and registers
  7. The services we offer

In addition to accessing the information identified in this Publication Scheme, you are entitled to request information about the Trust under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).

We will respond to your information request within 20 working days. Sometimes, some or all of the information requested cannot be provided. We will explain the reasons why not when this happens.
