Caroline was appointed as a Non Executive of the Trust Board in November 2011 with a term of office for 3 years.
She is Managing Director of Customer Experience First and is a recognised customer experience expert, designing and leading customer driven strategic change programmes that help organisations to increase their customer focus. Caroline built her career in marketing in the financial services industry in both the UK and the USA. She was Group Marketing Director at Legal & General plc for many years and more recently has held Customer Director roles at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and for the international outsource organisation, Serco.
Qualifications: BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Southampton. Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Marketing Society and the IoD.
