PALS is our Patient Advice and Liaison Service.

They can help you with any concerns about our services. They listen to you and think about how our services should improve.

They help to sort out your problems quickly. This might be supporting you to make a complaint. Read more about our complaints process.

They also give support to people who use our services and their carers about mental health and learning disability issues.

PALS are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
