Carers Rights Day – 24th November 2017

If you care for someone who uses our services, come along to one of our carers drop-in centres this Carers Rights Day.

This Carers Rights Day (24th November), we will be holding drop-in centres for carers who look after someone with mental health problems in Surrey. These will be run by our carers practice advisors and representatives from social services, and will give carers the opportunity to speak to professionals and receive guidance on any sensitive caring concerns they may have. There will also be lots of information on hand to take away.

The drop-in centres will be taking place at:

Venue: Abraham Cowley Unit, St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, KT16 0PZ Time: 1-3pm

Venue: The Hub, 41 High Street, Redhill, RH1 1RX Time: 10am-2pm

Come along to speak to one of our carers practice advisors!

Each year Carers UK holds Carers Rights Day to raise awareness to help carers know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.
