Do you know someone who deserves a CYA award?

The CYA Awards celebrate the achievements of children and young people who access mental health services in Surrey, as well as recognising the hard work of CAMHS professionals.

Now in its ninth year, the CYA Awards are an annual event facilitated by young people in Surrey. The awards were set up to recognise and celebrate the achievements of young people throughout their journeys in emotional wellbeing and mental health. They are also an opportunity for young people to nominate the professionals involved in their care to give recognition for the great work they do!

This year’s CYA Awards are being held on the 19th April 2018, 5-9pm, at the G Live in Guildford (GU1 2AA).

About CYA

CYA stands for CAMHS Youth Advisors, a group of over 200 young people with different experiences of accessing  mental health services in Surrey, who have a say in what goes on in services, and take part in a whole variety of projects. Their main aim is to get more users involved with the decisions within the service.
