Welcome to our Professionals web pages for GPs, commissioners, referrers and clinicians.

Surrey and Borders Partnership is commissioned to provide a range of specialist secondary care mental health, learning disability and drug and alcohol services across Surrey and North East Hampshire. Some services are available for referral to individuals outside of our catchment area.

We aim to work in partnership with referrers from the point of assessment through to discharge to ensure a smooth transfer for people using our services.
