Dr Raja Mukherjee

Dr Raja Mukherjee is a Consultant psychiatrist in Adult Learning Disability with a specialist interest in Neurodevelopmental Disorders across the lifespan. He runs a national Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder Clinic (FASD) for Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust based on his knowledge and expertise in that area. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George’s University of London. He has published widely on the subject of FASD and is currently completing his PhD. He has also served on the editorial board of other web based journals and peer reviewed for numerous international journals including the international Journal of Epidemiology, Paediatrics, Addictive Behaviour, the BMJ and others.

 

Dr Phil Hall

Dr Hall is a Consultant Older Person's Psychiatrist at Farnham Road Hospital in Guildford. He is also Clinical Tutor and one of the Trust's leads on postgraduate medical education. He helped to establish the learning and education centre at Farnham Road Hospital and continues to work to improve the training in Psychiatry here in the Trust.

 

Dr Laurence Church MBChB, MRCPsych, MSc

Dr Church is a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist at Guildford Community Mental Health Team and a Governor representing medical staff on the Trust's Council of Governors. He completed an MSc in Psychiatric Research at UCL during his higher speciality training. Dr Church has published a few articles in peer review journals on the subject of medical education and the OSCE/CASC clinical examinations in particular with his most significant editorial achievement as co-editor of a new undergraduate textbook of psychiatry.

 

Dr Abigail Crutchlow

Dr Crutchlow is a CT2 Trainee currently working on the psychiatric intensive care ward at the Abraham Cowley Unit in Chertsey. She is also the SABP Core Trainee Representative and represents her colleagues at local and Trust- wide meetings. Dr Crutchlow's main interests in psychiatry are general adult, with particular interest and possible future career plans in assertive outreach or early intervention in psychosis.

 

Dr Jeremy Mudunkotuwe

Jeremy has recently started working as a Locum Consultant for the Epsom, Ewell and Banstead Primary Care Community Mental Health Team. He has recently completed his senior house officer, and specialist registrar training on the St George’s London Scheme. He also has been awarded an honorary research assistant role, St George’s University of London, for his ongoing research in addictions and teaching. He has presented his research at conferences and has published in peer reviewed journals. Jeremy has first hand experience of conducting research as a trainee and has completed a post graduate diploma in medical education.
