Health and Wellbeing
These courses focus on enabling you to live a healthier life and support your wider recovery, personal growth and wellbeing

These courses are aimed at increasing your understanding a range of mental and physical health difficulties

Skills courses are aimed at providing specific skills to help manage a range of physical and mental health difficulties

These courses use creative methods to help wellbeing and bring about learning

Courses may vary in:

    • Length (number of weeks) and session length (number of hours per week)
    • Class size - minimum and maximum number of students
    • Location - where they takes place
    • Who they are suitable for
    • Who provides the course
    • When the course is held, i.e. dates, time of day
    • Format – e.g. discussion (group or in pairs), presentations, work sheets, creative methods
    • Cost – although most are free, some may have fees associated. These are marked with the symbol ‘£’.
