Learning Disability Supported Living: Loddon Alliance
We provide services for people with learning disabilities across North Hampshire and West Surrey, employing over a hundred staff and supports more than sixty people.
Our Supported Living Programme provides individually designed support for people with learning difficulties and other associated needs.
We work with people living in their own homes and can provide support in flexible and creative ways. We will provide support from as little as a few hours a week up to a full package of support provided on a 24/7 basis with on-call support.
We develop services that focus on how each individual would like to have their support provided.
Through the Developing Lifestyles Programme, Loddon Alliance has been working with individuals and partner organisations to support people who had been living in accommodation provided by the NHS. The programme has now successfully supported individuals to move into domestic housing in local neighbourhoods and we are working to develop meaningful activities and relationships locally.
Loddon Alliance is registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a Domiciliary Care Provider. Find more details about us on the Care Quality Commission website.
