Service Description

In times of distress please call our mental health crisis helpline on 0300 456 8342.

We are open 365 days a year:

  • Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9am
  • Weekends and bank holidays, 24 hours

There is an SMS texting facility for people who are deaf or hard of hearing: 07717 989024.

Textphone calls for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are supported through the Text Relay Service by calling 18001 0300 456 8342.

If the line is engaged your call will be diverted to an answerphone which will enable you to leave your contact details and someone will call you back within 30 minutes.

During normal office hours the phone will be answered by staff at our Margaret Laurie House mental health rehabilitation service in Reigate.

Your call will then be directed to the most relevant community mental health team to provide support and undertake a crisis screening assessment.
