Group Psychotherapy consists of weekly sessions lasting 1 ½ hours. It is a long-term therapy with the average being 2-3 years or longer.
Referrals to the service are accepted from the full range of NHS, Social Work and related professionals. These include Psychiatry, Community Mental Health Teams, Social Services and Primary Care.
