Learning disability services - children and young people

We provide assessments, consultations, care and care planning.

We work together with other organisations and individuals to plan individual care over a given time period. Our work will often involve professionals from more than one discipline, to suit the individual's cirumstances.

We provide open and clear correspondence, which is copied to families unless there is good documented reason not to.
