Opening Times

10am-9pm - various counselling locations and sessions. 

The head office is open 10am-3pm Monday to Friday. 

Outside of this there is a 24 hour answer machine.

Service Description

Free and confidential counselling for young people aged 14-24. Young people come to us for a wide variety of reasons. Typical issues include low mood and depression, anxiety, panic attacks, family breakdown, sexual, physical or mental abuse, self harm and bullying.

Referral Process

We only accept referrals from health, social care and education professionals.

To make a referral:

  • Use our secure portal
  • Call CAMHS Single Point of Access: 0300 222 5755 (8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am -12pm Saturday)
  • Write to us: CAMHS Single Point of Access, First Floor Dominion House, Woodbridge Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4PU

Social workers from the below teams should make referrals through CAMHS social work referral pathway:

  • Children with Disabilities
