Mitzie Turner-Wells supports our Trainee Clinical Psychologists (TCPs) who are employed by SABP for their three-year fixed term contract.
Mitzie is responsible for 300+ trainees, and most pass through the programme with only a few e-mails and other communications, while others, who have additional needs, health problems or life events that disrupt their progress, may see more of Mitzie for support.
Mitzie ensures that trainees have Occupational Health and DBS checks; they have induction training and updates to ensure that they comply with Surrey and Borders' requirements for Statutory and Mandatory training.
Trainees are employed on Band 6 under the NHS Agenda for Change Conditions of Employment.
