At Surrey & Borders we encourage staff to continue to update their professional practice, gain new skills and develop as compassionate leaders throughout their time in the organisation.
Funding for external training opportunities is available through Health Education England and other funding bodies to support CPD and learning. We seek to ensure that we are able to make best use of these limited resources by planning training opportunities and ensuring they are in line with departmental, divisional and organisational plans and strategies. These opportunities might be provided through external training companies, universities and other providers where a need is identified.
