Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships.pngWe are always looking to the future when it comes to the Career Development of employees at our Trust and this is where Apprenticeships come in.

Those who want to develop their knowledge and skills will have the opportunity to access to a fully funded qualification through our apprenticeship programmes.

Apprenticeships are for everyone, whatever stage a person joins us in their career.

We offer a variety of apprenticeships, including health and social care, nursing, and occupational therapy as well as administration, management, and senior leadership.

Apprenticeships offer on-the-job development across a range of levels and occupations. They are for new or experienced employees who want to progress in a particular career through work-based study. They are fully funded at no cost to the individual.

Training and study can vary depending on the type of apprenticeship. Whichever apprenticeship programme you join, you will be supported to train and study as part of your normal working hours.

Apprenticeships are designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge for a rewarding career, and for employers by helping to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills for specific job roles.

There are numerous apprenticeships within the health and social care sector, from clinical to non-clinical, all offering various levels.
