Our Mindful service is for young people aged 16 to 25 who are going through emotional or mental health difficulties. Young people often come to us because they are finding it hard to cope in areas of their lives such as relationships, education and employment.

If you, or a young person you know, is feeling worried, anxious or overwhelmed, finding it hard to concentrate, becoming isolated or experiencing changes to sleep patterns or appetite, we might be able to help. 

We work with young people who may not readily engage with services, such as those not in education, employment or training, or who may have difficulty accessing traditional mental health services.
