Service Description

Our Mindful service is for young people aged 16-25 who have emerging to moderate mental health difficulties that are causing problems in their lives and making it difficult to cope in areas such as relationships, education or employment.

The service covers the whole of Surrey and works across agencies to engage with and facilitate mental health care for young people who are hard to reach.

Young people who come in to contact with Mindful are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and/or using drugs and alcohol.

To make a referral:
  • Call CAMHS Single Point of Access: 0300 222 5755 (8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am -12pm Saturday)
