Brain in Hand is an App that can help young people to overcome barriers or difficulties in school, socially and in day to day life, giving you support where and when it is most needed.
Brain in Hand can help people focus on their goals and improve their independence. It helps people to develop solutions and use them in their everyday life. It is ideal for people who sometimes struggle to make decisions and respond to everyday challenges, or who need strategies put in place to manage anxiety day to day and in difficult situations.
