Due to a number of staff vacancies in our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), it is currently taking us longer than usual to respond to enquiries. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during this time.

We're working hard to resolve the situation and hope to have the service running at full capacity again as soon as possible.
