What is it about?

TopHat is a clinical trial to see if an already licenced medication (Ondansetron) can be used in people with Parkinson's dementia or Lewy Body Dementia to reduce visual hallucinations

What is involved?

Participants will be assigned to either the treatment group or the placebo where they will be asked to take the medication for 12-weeks and be monitored for safety up to 24-weeks. They will have regular contact with the SABP research team through the study.

Who can take part?

Please get in contact if you have a diagnosis of Parkinson's or Lewy Body Dementia and have visual hallucinations.
