Do you support someone who is receiving care from our Trust as an inpatient? Would you like to be part of our new carer forums? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
Our monthly carers information stand will be in the reception area of Farnham Road Hospital on Thursday 12 December from 15:00 to 17:00, manned by our Carer Practice Partners from Action for Carers. They’d like to hear your ideas on how we could shape these forums to meet your needs.
This is one of a number of carer forum consultations taking part across Surrey, so please look out for further dates and locations. There will also be an opportunity to attend an online consultation too.
