About Community Mental Health
The Mid Surrey Community Mental Health Team for Older People provide care and treatment for individuals and their families, addressing a range of functional and organic conditions. Our large, multi-disciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, associate practitioners, psychologists and occupational therapists. We offer assessments, diagnostics, signposting, and ongoing support for those requiring long-term care and intervention.
As part of the team, you will receive regular supervision, appraisals, training, reflective practice and access to educational support. Our Trust also offers a wide range of extra benefits.
