The MyTime Croydon phone line at Easterley House will be unavailable on Thursday, 22 January from 8:45am while it is moved to a new phone network.
From that time, calls will not go through, cannot be diverted, and callers will not be able to leave a message. The disruption may last up to four hours but could be shorter.
This change is part of a national upgrade to replace the old telephone system with a more reliable service.
