The Theta phone line will be unavailable on Wednesday, 4 February from 8:45am while it is moved to a new phone network.

From that time, calls will not go through, cannot be diverted, and callers will not be able to leave a message. The disruption may last up to four hours, but could be shorter.

This change is part of a national upgrade to replace the old telephone system with a more reliable service.

  • Community Mental Health Recovery Servcies
  • Home Treatment Team Surrey Heath and North East Hampshire
  • Mind Matters
  • Community Mental Health Team for Older People
  • Recovery College
