Service Description

Our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) service provides a comprehensive Trust-wide therapy service in line with NICE guidelines to adults of working age who meet the criteria for emotionally unstable personality disorder.

People with speech or hearing difficulties can access the mental health crisis line by:

Referral Criteria

We only accept referrals from secondary mental health services.

Individuals must be open to a Community Mental Health Recovery Service or Specialist Service with an allocated Care Coordinator/Lead Professional and have a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. Please note, we do not accept self-referrals.
