The Young Onset Dementia service is a small, multidisciplinary team working across the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

We offer support and guidance to people with young-onset dementia and their carers. This includes one-to-one support during and after diagnosis.
