Our Annual Members’ Meeting 2023 will be held in person at Trust Headquarters, 18 Mole Business Park, Randalls Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7AD.
The event will be held on: Thursday 5 October 2023, 3pm to 6pm.
Register for our Members' day using the registration link. Feel free to join us for the whole day or just part of it. If you have friends who would be interested then do ask them to register their attendance; everyone is welcome, whether or not they are already a Member.
During the event you will get the opportunity to:
- Meet the Governors representing your constituency
- Talk to colleagues at our market place stalls about our services and developments
- Meet our Chairman, Directors, Governors and other Foundation Trust members
- Join our workshops to hear about key projects taking place across the Trust
- Put your questions to our clinical leaders using the Q&A form in advance

3.00 to 3.20pm:

Opening address from Lead Governor, Margaret Hicks, Chief Executive, Graham Wareham and Chief Operating Officer, Lorna Payne, followed by a question and answer session.
4.00 to 4.25pm:
Mindworks Surrey Presentation.
Join us to learn more about Mindworks Surrey, the children and young people's emotional wellbeing and mental health service.
4.25 to 4.40pm:
Refreshments and market stalls
4.40 to 5.05pm:
Community Transformation Programme Update.
Developing our Workforce of People with Lived Experience. This workshop will give an insight into this initiative.
5.05 to 6.00pm:
Tour of 18 Mole Business Park and market stalls.

Getting to Surrey and Borders
By car
From the west (from Cobham on the A245)
Mole Business Park is on the right, approximately 50 yards before the railway station.
From all other directions (M25 junction 9)
Join the one-way system in Leatherhead town centre, following signs for the railway station. Go under the bridge, then take the left lane. At the next set of traffic lights (with the railway station ahead), turn left as if heading to Cobham. Mole Business Park is then the second turning on the left.
On entering the Business Park, the barrier will rise as you approach. We are the first building on your left, clearly signposted.
Parking
Please use one of the public car parks in the area - for example, there is a pay and display car park adjacent to the railway station. If you have a disability and a blue badge or have any other special parking requirement, please mention on your booking form.
By rail
Mole Business Park is a two-minute walk from Leatherhead railway station (see map below)
By bus
The station is also served by several bus routes. Timetables are available on the Travelline website or calling 0871 200 2233.
