Service Description
Hillcroft is a registered social care home for men and women over the age of 50 with a learning disability and associated needs. Our highly trained and well established team specialises in caring for people with epilepsy, dementia, physical and complex needs, and hearing or speech problems. This is a spacious single story home with single bedrooms, roomy communal areas and a large accessible garden. All residents have personalised rooms with their own choice of decorations and furniture.
Our residents lead active social lives, with regular shopping trips, visits to the cinema and theatre, including pantomimes, day trips to London and the seaside, bowling, swimming and meals out. We also offer interesting activities within the home, including arts and crafts, IT skills and assisting with food preparation.
