Service Description
Larkfield House is a registered care home with nursing designed to meet the needs of up to 6 people, both male and female, who have a learning disability and autism.
The service at Larkfield comprises a team of nurses and support staff to ensure all the health and social needs of those we support are met.
The home is a large purpose-built bungalow located in Charlwood, Surrey.
Referral Process
Via Consultant Psychiatrist or Modern Matron. We accept referrals from Primary Care, CCGs and social care services.
