Service Description
Larkfield is a registered care home with nursing designed to meet the needs of up to 6 people, both male and female, who have a learning disability and autism.
The service at Larkfield comprises of a team of nurses and support staff to ensure all the health and social needs of those we support are met. The home encourages independence and empower the people we support to live their lives to the fullest.
The home is a large purpose-built bungalow located in Charlwood, Surrey. There are 2 lounges, a dining room which opens into a large enclosed patio and garden area. The home benefits from a fully fitted kitchen, 2 large accessible bathrooms and a fully equipped sensory room.
Referral Process
Via Consultant Psychiatrist or Modern Matron. We accept referrals from Primary Care, CCGs and social care services
