At Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, our social media channels are managed by our Communications team.
We use our accounts on Facebook @sabpnhs, Instagram @sabp_nhs, LinkedIn @sabpnhs and X (formerly Twitter) @sabpNHS to share:
- News and updates from across the Trust
- Health and well-being information
- Campaigns and events
- Opportunities to get involved, including surveys and recruitment
- Useful content from NHS partners and local organisations
We want our social media to be a space where people feel informed, included and connected to the work we do.
Sending us messages
We welcome feedback and read all comments and messages sent to our social media channels.
However, we are not able to reply to every message and cannot guarantee a response. Sending a message via social media will not be considered as officially contacting us.
Please do not use social media to contact us in a crisis or emergency.
If you or someone you care for is in crisis or needs urgent mental health support, please use the following routes:
- Call our Mental Health Crisis Helpline: 0800 915 4644 (free and available 24/7)
- In an emergency, call 999
We understand that it can be hard to reach out for help, but using the right service ensures you get the right support as quickly as possible.
If you would like to get in touch with us formally, for example, to raise a concern or share a compliment, please use our Patient and Liaison Advice (PALS) service:
