Get Involved: Join our Members Speaker Sessions

We’re launching a new series of events this autumn/winter season to enable you to find out more about our services, and the conditions we treat, and to give you the chance to meet our Foundation Trust Governors: your elected representatives.

January Programme


Community Bridge Builder Service

Wednesday 4 January, 1pm to 3.30pm

Local Integrated Education Unit, Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford GU2 7LX

MCCH, the organisation which helps people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs to live independently, will be talking about their new service aimed at supporting people in rural areas in South West Surrey.


Mental health associated advice and information

Monday 9 January, 1pm to 3.30pm

Chertsey Halls, Heriot Road, Chertsey KT16 9DR

Maggie James from the Citizens Advice Bureau will be talking about the service and giving information on the support available.


Carers information and services in North East Hampshire

Thursday 12 January, 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Wellbeing Centre, Church Road, Frimley GU16 7AD

Claire Bampton, Carer Support Worker, will give information about new groups, advice and support available to carers specifically in North East Hampshire.


Drug and Alcohol ‘Reach Out’

Monday 16 January, 1pm to 3.30pm

Holy Trinity Church, Carlton Road, Redhill RH1 2BX

The Surrey Alcohol Drug and Alcohol Service (SADAS) will talk about their new ‘reach-out’ service for those who are using services and their families.


The sessions include a one-hour presentation followed by a networking session.
