The Mindsight Surrey CAMHS Single Point of Access (CAMHS SPA), formerly known as CAMHS One Stop, is the place where all referrals for children’s mental health and emotional well-being are sent in Surrey. Any professional who knows the child well can make a referral, for example teachers, doctors and social workers. The CAMHS SPA gather information about the young person and their situation, and decides which is the best service to see the young person. This might be a CAMHS Community team, a CAMHS Specialist team or one of our Mindsight Partners. They also give advice to young people, their families and carers, and referrers, about where to find additional support and what else might help.
We are looking for feedback from young people, carers and families who have used our CAMHS SPA to help us improve the referral experience for young people. Information provided is anonymous and will be used to improve the service. No personal and clinical information or details on specific incidents should be provided.
The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete and will remain open until 29 February 2020. The survey can be found here: bit.ly/CAMHSspafeedback
