Our Early Help Team provides assessment for children and young people from age 5 to their 18th birthday with moderate mental health needs.  

Following assessment, young people are signposted to a suitable intervention to meet their needs, which may include attending a group intervention.

5-18 year olds with moderate mental health difficulties.   

Monday - Friday : 09:00 - 17:00

GPs -  Please use the Electronic Referral System (eRS) to make referrals.

All other health, education and social care professionals - Please use our online referrals portal for mental health referrals.
