Referral Process
Referrals can only be accepted from secondary care mental health and learning disability services, high secure hospitals or other secure units.
Referrals to the FOLS service need to be made using the referral form of the Forensic Outreach Liaison Service. If you would like to discuss a referral contact the FOLS office on 01932 587095.
