Opening Times

Woking Safe Haven has resumed its regular opening hours to support people experiencing a mental health crisis following a 24/7 hour pilot that ended on Friday, 7 May 2021 at 11pm.  People can now visit the Safe Haven in person any time between 6-11pm, 365 days a year. Or they can visit the Safe Haven virtually by following the guidance below:

Service Description

Our Woking Safe Haven is provided in partnership with:

  • ​​​​​Catalyst Support, a provider of counselling, mental health wellbeing support and drug and alcohol services.
  • York Road Project, a charity in Woking which supports people experiencing homelessness.

Safe Haven services are available in five town centre locations across Surrey and north east Hampshire and open to residents of any district or borough within this area. e.g if you live in Epsom you could drop in to the Guildford Safe Haven.
