Service Description
Our Woking Safe Haven is provided in partnership with:
- Catalyst Support, a provider of counselling, mental health wellbeing support and drug and alcohol services.
- York Road Project, a charity in Woking which supports people experiencing homelessness.
Safe Haven services are available in five town centre locations across Surrey and north east Hampshire and open to residents of any district or borough within this area. e.g. if you live in Epsom you could drop in to the Guildford Safe Haven.

Referral Process
Self-referral, everyone welcome
Referral Criteria
You can visit a Safe Haven if you
- Are aged 18 or over
- Live in Surrey or North East Hampshire
- Are experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis
- Are a carer who needs support
