Opening Times

Woking Safe Haven is piloting a 24 hour drop in service and also a 24 hour online service seven days a week to support  people experiencing a mental health crisis. The pilot will end at 11pm on 7 May, 2021. 

The extended hours at the Woking Safe Haven provide people experiencing a mental health crisis with a round the clock alternative to A&E. To access the Woking Safe Haven virtually, please use the link provided below.

If you live in another  part of Surrey or NE Hampshire and are seeking online or in person support from 6pm-11pm any day of the week, please visit your local Safe Haven. You can find the virtual links here. Outside of these times, you can access the Woking Safe Haven.

This virtual service is usually available from 6pm to 11pm.

24/7 Opening hours pilot: The Woking virtual service is being made available 24 hours a day for a trial period: between 6pm, Thursday 1 April 2021 and 11pm, Friday 7 May 2021. You can acces the service in the usual way during this time by clicking on the above link.

Service Description

Our Woking Safe Haven is provided in partnership with:

  • ​​​​​Catalyst Support, a provider of counselling, mental health wellbeing support and drug and alcohol services.
  • York Road Project, a charity in Woking which supports people experiencing homelessness.

Safe Haven services are available in five town centre locations across Surrey and north east Hampshire and open to residents of any district or borough within this area. e.g if you live in Epsom you could drop in to the Guildford Safe Haven.
