Expenditure Policy
Sets out how staff buy goods and how services are supplied to the Trust to ensure value for money is achieved during purchasing and payment processes. The policy defines a process for using the procurement system and when non purchase order (non PO) or petty cash is acceptable.

Get involved
Our members are people who use services, the public and staff. They contribute to the organisation on a voluntary basis and we count on them for feedback, local knowledge and support. Members elect people who use services, public and staff representatives to the Council of Governors so their voice is heard. We are governed by an elected Board of Governors who hold us to account for our performance. The governors, with the support of our members, ensure our work is in keeping with our values, meeting the needs of our local communities and supporting everyone who use our services.
