Working with the Mental Health Integrated Community Service team, your GP is now able to offer this specialist mental health advice and support service to people over 18 years of age with significant mental health concerns, including people over the age of 65.

Referral Process
We accept referrals from anyone wanting to access the service directly, from concerned friends or family, and GPs. Once we've received your referral, we will call you within three working days and let you know. Or if your GP has asked you to make contact with us, please call within 14 days. In both cases, you'll be offered an assessment appointment within 10 working days.
