The HCA allowance, also referred to as London Weighting, is a payment made to employees who work in London and the surrounding areas. For many of our employees based in Surrey, they are entitled to an additional 5% increase on their basic salary. This subject to a minimum payment of £1,136 and a maximum payment of £1,915.
The scheme enables employees to sacrifice a fixed amount of their pre-taxable monthly income in exchange for a brand new car over an agreed term. At the end of the lease agreement, the employee simply returns the vehicle.
Our cycle scheme allows employees to pay less for a new bike and equipment with a total limit of £4,000. You will pay nothing up front and the cost of the cycle to work bike and equipment package is taken directly from your gross salary. Confidential Care offers you a place to turn to for support any time of day or night, 365 days a year.
