Safe Staffing

We take the care of our people using our inpatient services very seriously. We make sure that each ward is staffed with the right number of medical staff, nurses, clinical support workers and therapists to support the needs of the people using our services.

We have confirmed with senior team members their safe staffing levels per ward and we have made it easy for staff to escalate concerns to ensure safe staffing levels are maintained, including incident reporting and the use of the real time reporting process.
