What is the study about?


Assessing sleep using a range of technologies (such as a wrist-worn device etc.) designed to monitor sleep at home to improve existing and develop new technologies and approaches to monitor sleep and brain function.


Who can take part?


People aged 50-85 years with a diagnosis of:
-    Mild Cognitive Impairment
-    Alzheimer’s 

What is involved?


This is a paid research trial with the initial appointment to collect information on memory, mood, medications and physical health conditions.
Sleep technology in your home for 14 days (technology provided and installed by the University of Surrey). 
One night stay at the Sleep Research Centre at University of Surrey – Bloods and urine samples will be taken.
