Our Council of Governors meets in public several times throughout the year.

Meetings include a report from the Chief Executive, updates on quality improvements and key projects taking place within the Trust. There is also an opportunity for Governors and members of the public to put questions to our senior staff.

To submit a question for a Council of Governors meeting or to request printed copies of the papers, please contact Michaela Lockley at michaela.lockley@sabp.nhs.uk. Written questions must be submitted no later than 12pm on Thursday 31st August 2023.

The nearest station is Leatherhead and Trust HQ is approx. a 5 minute walk from the station (click here for directions).

The nearest car park is Randalls Road Car Park (directly across from the business park) KT22 0AH. Car park charges apply Mon-Sat 8am-6pm - £1.10 per hour (up to 10 hours). This car park accepts both RingGo and cash payments

Covid Safety

We shall maintain Covid secure practice for a healthcare setting. Please kindly observe the following:

1.    Please stay at home if you are symptomatic or if you test positive. 
2.    If you develop Covid-19 symptoms, please DO NOT attend the meeting.
3.    Wash or sanitise your hands frequently. Hand sanitiser will be available at various locations around the building.
