Members of each area group elect area representatives to join the Trust directors at the FoCUS Committee.
The committee meets every three months and is an opportunity to share high level experiences and improvement ideas collated from the FoCUS Forum meetings. This is also an opportunity for the FoCUS Representatives to hear updates on Surrey and Borders strategic and operational plans. Part of the committee role is to ensure the Trust is:
-
placing people at the heart of the way it works
-
involving people properly and meaningfully
-
measuring how well its services are being delivered to people.
FoCUS committee meetings are open to committee members only.
