Anti-racism Statement

Surrey and Borders Partnership is committed to being an anti-racist organisation to make sure we impact positively on the lives of our staff, the people who use our services, their carers and families. 

We will not tolerate the abuse of our staff and are working to eradicate or minimise situations where racism or racial bias may occur. We recognise this may not always be evident or easy to do, but we are committed to continually improving the experience of everyone who works for or engages with the Trust. 

At Surrey and Borders, we strongly believe that to be an anti-racist organisation requires a proactive approach, and it is the responsibility of all colleagues, regardless of role or background. Anti-racism must be advocated and embedded at every level, from our Board, executive leadership to our clinical, operational and professional services.
