Our Children and Young People’s Services support children and young people up to the age of 18, and some young adults up to 25 who may need additional support.
We work with children, young people, families and carers to provide help with emotional wellbeing, mental health, neurodevelopmental needs, learning disabilities and eating disorders*.
Our specialist teams work closely with schools, communities, hospitals, social care and voluntary sector partners as part of Mindworks Surrey, helping people access support in ways and places that work best for them.
We provide a wide range of Learning Disability and Autism services for adults with learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions.
We work closely with families, carers and partner organisations to offer personalised support, including community care, ADHD and autism assessments, and specialist health advice.
For people who need more intensive support, we offer specialist inpatient and intensive community services to help avoid hospital admission where possible and get people back home quickly.
Our multi-disciplinary teams provide a wide range of support for adults aged 18 and over, including young people moving into adult services. We deliver compassionate, personalised care that helps people manage their mental health, stay connected to their communities and live well at home.
Working closely with partners across primary care, social care, voluntary organisations and local communities, we provide joined-up support tailored to people’s needs and goals.
Alongside community mental health services, we also offer specialist support including early intervention, perinatal mental health services, talking therapies and health psychology services.
Our experts provide specialist inpatient hospital care for adults and older people who need intensive support during periods of acute mental ill health. Across our wards, multidisciplinary teams provide 24-hour care, assessment, treatment and recovery support in safe and therapeutic environments.
Services are tailored to people’s individual needs, including support for conditions such as mood disorder, psychosis, dementia and cognitive impairment, while also considering physical health and wellbeing.
We work closely with local health services, families and carers to support recovery and safe discharge back into the community.
