The purpose of this network is to create a happier, healthier, and more equal workforce where every woman feels valued, empowered, and knows that her voice matters.
To this end, we will develop and maintain a psychologically safe, supportive, open, and motivational space for all individuals who identify as women and non-binary people. The network is new, formed in 2022, and will continue to grow.
