The Judging Panel process
- Each award specifies the criteria which must be met for an individual or team to be shortlisted. The judges will carefully assess each nomination to identify those who have shown themselves to be exceptional in meeting the criteria
- The Judging Panel is required to reward excellent contributions. If nominations do not meet the expected standards, they may choose not to make an award at each prize level within a category
- The judging process may result in a nomination being reallocated to a different category This will only be done if it increases the chances of the nomination being successful. For example, a person may be more suitable and have more success if their nomination in the Inspirational Leadership category is reallocated to the Clinician of the Year category
- There will be a maximum of three winners per category. It is at the discretion of the judging panel to award less than three winners in each category
- The decision of the Judging Panel will be final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
