Judges will be looking for examples of exceptional contributions. We have provided some examples of exceptional contributions below as a guide:

• Making a significant difference to improve the lives of people who use our services, carers and colleagues whilst showing kindness and respect 
• Acting as a role model, setting high standards, showing passion, enthusiasm, and energy to help colleagues, carers and to improve the lives of people who use our services 
• Providing a valuable innovative and creative contribution to our way of working, for example by championing more sustainable ways of working 
• Supporting colleagues, providing adjustments and initiatives in line with the Trust’s equality, diversity, and inclusion policy
• The judges are also keen to see nominations that show individuals/teams making an impact on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in our Trust.
