Key decisions about Trust policy are made by our Executive Board.
As a Foundation Trust, our Council of Governors approve the strategic direction of the organisation. They approving the Trust's annual plan as well as the appointment of the Chief Executive and the Chairman. We aim to involve people who use our services, and their carers, in key decisions too.
