
The incredible dedication and commitment of our long-serving colleagues has been celebrated at our 2025 Long Service Awards.
Over 80 members of staff attended the special ceremony, from across our mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity, drug and alcohol services and corporate teams.
The awards celebrated colleagues who reached 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 or 50 years of continuous service for our trust last year. Attendees each received a plaque, a certificate and a pin marking their service. The ceremony took place at 18 Mole Business Park and was hosted by Chief Executive, Graham Wareham.
Speaking at the event, Graham said: “It’s a privilege to honour so many staff for their dedication and loyalty to the trust. A huge thank you for all you have given during your many years of service, we are very grateful.
“Your commitment, skills, knowledge and experience have a played a vital part in the work we do to support the people who use our services, their carers and families.
This year’s longest serving colleague is Phil Boulter, who has been part of our trust for an incredible 50 years, after joining in 1975 as a Nursing Assistant. He is now Head of Nursing for the trust’s learning disabilities and neurodiversity services.
Philippa Alisiroglu, Director of Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity said: “Throughout his career, Phil has been a consistent advocate for the voice of people we support and their families.
“He is respected and cherished by colleagues across our trust and national partner organisations where he strives to share learning and best practice.”
Phil said: “I feel privileged to have had 50 memorable years working in learning disability Nursing. I have met and worked with so many great people along the way.”
Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities, Yvonne Campbell, has been part of our trust for 40 years, after joining in 1984 as a Community Psychiatric Nurse at St Peter’s Hospital.
Yvonne said: "I have made lifelong friends, and we have worked together to provide endless opportunities, encourage independence and create choice for the people we support.”
Yvonne’s colleagues said: "Yvonne shows unwavering dedication and commitment to our team. She goes above and beyond for the individuals she supports. She is always willing to offer support to others and works with compassion.
“Yvonne is truly an exceptional colleague, healthcare professional, and an inspiration to all of us. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful person in our team. Thank you, Yvonne, for all that you do, have done, and continue to do.”
